New Items in Etsy!

While on break, I did some antiquing, my most favorite past time.  And I found some interesting little objects.  The first being this cast-iron, creepy hand.  I love it!  I sorta want to keep it.  Grab it now {pun intended} before I change my mind.

Listing here.

And this little feller, a vintage tape dispenser,  found me.  He is so freaking adorable.

Listing found  here.

And this shoe horn is very equestrian-chic, if you ask me.

A bit of a teaser for tomorrow’s thursday’s post, a mini-reveal that is loong overdue.

See you later!

I found a super cool, mid-century set of napkin holders.  Great for a lover of all things mid-century, or for a hostess gift.

The warmth of the teak wood looks lovely paired with some  feminine china.

Or you could pair it with some simple white china for a more modern-masculine look.

Available here.

The last is a Pumking Carving invitation…did I not say that this is the best month of the year?

I am so excited to present to you, the first of a series of postcards that I have been working on. These finally came in from the printing press. Postcards are such a nice idea, aren’t they? They save you postage and an envelope. And these days it is so unexpected to get a simple hello via snailmail. Hope that you all enjoy!

If you’ve been reading my blog, you know that I love and frequent estate sales, thrift stores, and flea markets. I run across one of a kind treasures all the time. Therefore, it seems appropriate that I add a vintage housewares section to my store. Here, I will get to pass on some great finds and give purpose to my usual leisure activity.

While browsing this week, I found some vintage tortoise shell tumblers. Actually, they are hand-blown glass that looks like tortoise shell. They are stunning and if you ask me very stylish.

The taller set is here.  The shorter set can be found here.  And wish me happy hunting!

Be Courageous & Vulnerable

This lovely image has been saved on my computer for ages.  It is one of a set of invitations created by Keetra Dean Dixon.  The massage really resonated with me and has stayed in my thoughts.  Well I am happy to announce that I am finally acting upon it. Check back next week for the unveiling!

P.S. Excuse me for leaving you hanging.  I can’t help it.  I have to admit that I like to make people squirm.

See you next week!
